Unfiltered Manzanilla

Manzanillas are pale Sherries made close to the ocean, that is, in the village of SanlĂșcar. These are the most delicate, feather-weight dry Sherries, the ocean atmosphere adding a bracing, sea-breeze imbued note to the citrus-almond core. We will taste my favorite, Sacristia AB, the only Manzanilla that is bottled straight from the barrel without any manipulation. Play the video to see how rich it is in microscopic life, a natural probiotic that pairs the Spanish omelette like no other wine.
